Services

This is our new automated request system. Please fill out all the required fields (marked with a *). We can acquire all of the nonrequired fields ourselves. We can process requests from any SELCO library (Rochester, Owatonna, Albert Lea, Austin, etc).

Request Type

Update file: a general cleaning of your record (for general problems).
Renew All: if you have a book or several books out that are not already overdue;
Overdue: a renewal for books that are overdue already.
Extending the loan period: (under Special options) will assign a longer time before the book is due.

If you have some type of service in mind and it is not listed under Request type, select Special request under Request type and describe what you would like to be done in the Comments area. This may require extra charge; you will be notified if this is the case. If you do not remember your library card number, you must include an accurate name; an address would be extremely helpful, in case of duplicates. Thank you!
